The prices seemed way too high for what felt like basic testing. Maybe it works for people with more money to spare, but for me it just felt like another thing I couldn’t really afford, even though I needed it.

the site was straightforward to use. I got through my order without much hassle, though a couple of pages were a little slow to load. Nothing that really bothered me too much, though. I found what I needed easily and the checkout process was clear.

Overall, the instructions were clear and easy to work through. There was one part that threw me off a little and could probably be explained better, but aside from that, I was able to follow the steps without much trouble

I felt like I had to keep following up and re-explaining myself just to try to get a straight answer. I get that support teams can be busy, but from a customer point of view, it felt like I was doing most of the work to keep the conversation going.

In the end, I felt really good about trusting the results. Seeing that their lab was accredited gave me a lot more confidence and made the whole process feel safer and more legit.
